Monadelphous is seeking a Local Project Administrator for its Mining & Minerals North-West West Pilbara operations in Tom Price. This contract role is onsite and will provide administrative support for maintenance and project-based activities across Tom Price, Paraburdoo, and surrounding areas.
Working from the Tom Price facility, you will collaborate with other site and project administrators, and operations teams to ensure smooth administration, coordination, and payroll processes. The role requires a focus on stakeholder service, strong organisational skills, and the ability to foster communication between site teams, Perth-based teams, suppliers, and clients. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity, operating Monday to Friday, with the possibility of permanency for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Management: Coordinate quoting, purchase orders, receipting, and verification of goods and services.
- Financial Controls: Support project allocation, cost tracking, and adherence to internal purchasing processes.
- Asset Maintenance: Oversee LV maintenance schedules, servicing, and statutory requirements for mobile plant.
- External Hire Management: Arrange and track external equipment hire.
- Asset Registers: Maintain accurate registers and ensure appropriate asset allocation across projects.
- Company Owned Property Coordination: Manage room allocations, accommodation bookings, and cleaning schedules.
- Inventory Tracking: Order and monitor PPE, consumables, tooling, and other operational supplies.
- Stocktakes: Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Timesheet Administration: Collate weekly hours and prepare payroll submissions.
- Logistics Assistance: Assist with receiving, dispatching, and coordinating goods in the yard.
- Inbox Management: Monitor shared inboxes, action requests, and ensure timely communication across teams.
What You Will Bring:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, preferably within the mining and resources sector.
- Experience with JDE, D365, Pegasus, AMEX, Workflow, PowerBI, and other client portals will be advantageous.
- Advanced computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office suite and Excel.
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work closely with site representatives and the workforce management team to facilitate a seamless mobilisation process for employees.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
