Logistics Administrator
Arrow Group Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a Logistics Administrator for a full-time, onsite position in South Perth. The salary offered is $75k plus Super.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established and growing business recognised for its quality products and customer service. The role is integral to the operations team, extending beyond traditional logistics.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Coordinating inbound and outbound freight, including bookings, dispatch documentation, shipment tracking, and resolving delivery issues.
- Picking, packing, and dispatching online orders, ensuring accurate processing.
- Coordinating stock movements, ensuring products are allocated, prepared, and delivered.
- Liaising with freight providers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Supporting the sales team with production, shipping, and invoicing reports.
- Responding to customer enquiries and resolving operational issues.
- Maintaining accurate records for freight, inventory, online orders, and customer transactions.
- Assisting with stocktakes, inventory control, and general warehouse administration.
- Contributing ideas to improve operational processes and efficiencies.
- Providing general administrative support across the business as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous experience in logistics, freight, warehouse administration, operations support, or a similar administration role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confident computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
- A proactive attitude, with effective communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
