We are seeking a full-time, onsite Logistics Coordinator for the NGT Project at our Maidstone site. This role offers a challenging opportunity to apply your logistics and warehouse expertise within a dynamic operational setting, contributing to the future of mobility alongside a driven team.
Your Future Role You will be responsible for the execution and alignment of physical and system flows of goods within the warehouse. Key daily activities include:
- Managing storage, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and materials handling.
- Ensuring strict compliance with safety standards.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners for efficient warehouse operations.
We’ll look to you for:
- Executing goods receipt, putaway, picking, line-side kitting, packing, and shipping activities using ERP systems.
- Operating forklifts for material movement and storage.
- Managing inventory and stock for maintenance and operations teams.
- Conducting regular stocktakes and inventory checks.
- Issuing parts and materials to relevant departments.
- Managing assets, ensuring accurate tracking and availability.
- Utilising warehouse management systems and other computer-based tools.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
