Logistics & Maintenance Coordinator
D & E Air Conditioning Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Logistics & Maintenance Coordinator to join our team onsite in Rowville.

This is a hands-on, varied role crucial for maintaining operational efficiency. Reporting to the General Manager – Supply Chain, you will manage the daily coordination of our warehouse, freight and logistics, company tools and equipment, and general facilities maintenance at our Rowville site. You will collaborate closely with our Operations, Project, and Service teams to ensure materials, equipment, and facilities are organised, compliant, and ready to support project delivery. This role offers daily variety, making it ideal for someone who enjoys diversity, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and dispatch materials and equipment accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate freight and courier services across Victoria and New South Wales.
- Maintain warehouse organisation, inventory accuracy, and stock control.
- Manage company tools, plant, and equipment, including asset registration, allocation, servicing, and repairs.
- Coordinate tool transfers between technicians and project teams.
- Maintain accurate asset registers and equipment records.
- Oversee general maintenance of the Rowville warehouse and facilities.
- Coordinate external contractors for facility repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.
- Provide operational support to project and service teams, including urgent material requests.
About You:
We are looking for an organised, practical individual who takes ownership of their work. You will be proactive, solutions-focused, and take pride in maintaining high standards across warehouse operations and facilities.
You will also possess:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, storeperson, or operational support role.
- Experience coordinating freight and deliveries.
- Experience managing tools, equipment, or asset registers.
- A Forklift Licence (essential).
- A current Australian Driver Licence.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good computer skills, including experience using inventory or asset management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Sound understanding of Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
- The ability to build positive relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.
- Experience within HVAC, construction, or a trade-based environment will be highly regarded.
