Cochlear Limited is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to manage the flow of goods within the warehouse. This role oversees the inbound movement of raw materials and the outbound dispatch of finished consumer products, serving both internal departments (manufacturing and engineering) and external regional warehouses.

The position begins with a focus on Dispatch, allowing for the development of a thorough understanding of outbound processes. Following this initial phase, the role will rotate through Packing and Stores. This structured progression offers exposure to the complete logistics function, fostering team capability and adaptability. The core responsibility is to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of parts and products. The work environment is air-conditioned and does not involve heavy lifting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhering to relevant Quality Management System procedures for product quality and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring appropriate handling, storage, and dispatch of all items.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through timely and precise ERP transactions.
• Properly labelling all items and conducting regular cycle counts.
• Reporting any non-conformances or deviations from standard processes.
• Performing picking, packing, issuing, and replenishing of materials for manufacturing and engineering.
• Packing items to defined standards, conducting final inspections, and recording outcomes.
• Receiving and inspecting materials using appropriate methodologies in Oracle.
• Managing outbound deliveries, including order consolidation, documentation, and coordination.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong computer literacy and experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to lift and move loads up to 10kg.
• Experience in dispatch, picking, and packing is highly regarded.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Comfort performing repetitive tasks.
• A process-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
