Frontline Retail Melbourne is exclusively partnering with a leading premium retailer to recruit two driven Sales Consultants for their Maribyrnong location. This is a full-time, onsite position with a salary of $65,000 - $66,000 per annum, plus superannuation and commissions.

The role involves a consultative sales approach, assisting customers with considered purchasing decisions. You will build rapport, understand customer needs, and guide them through the sales process from initial enquiry to purchase. Success is measured by delivering an exceptional customer experience and consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven success selling high-ticket or premium products
• Enjoys working towards and exceeding sales targets
• Confident in building relationships and closing sales
• Possesses a professional, polished, and customer-first approach
• Enjoys working within a collaborative, high-performing team
• Motivated by earning exceptional commissions
• Available to work weekends as part of a rotating roster (essential requirement)
• Previous experience from industries such as Furniture, Bedding, Automotive, Luxury retail, Jewellery, Appliances, Electronics, Home improvement, Premium fashion, or any other high-value consultative sales environment is desirable.
