Join Relax For Life as a Luxury Showroom Sales Consultant at our Chatswood location. We are seeking individuals for both full-time and part-time roles, with hours designed to support a healthy work-life/work-study balance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the premium Chatswood showroom, including basic administration and reporting to head office.
• Deliver personalised customer service to assist clients with product selection in-store.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the head office team to ensure operational efficiency and implement brand initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and the presentation of the luxury store.
• Contribute to the overall expansion and achievement of the Relax For Life brand.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a sales consultant, ideally within the luxury or premium home furnishings sector (preferred, not compulsory).
• Strong sales and customer service abilities, with a capacity to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work autonomously and demonstrate self-motivation.
• A genuine interest in the Relax For Life brands and products, coupled with a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills suitable for a dynamic showroom environment.
• A willingness to become knowledgeable about the products, including undertaking regular in-store massages to familiarise yourself with the massage chairs.
• Well-spoken and well-presented individuals.
• English as a first language.
• Availability to work 10am-4pm on Saturdays and Sundays, our peak trading days, as well as other mutually agreed upon days.
