Maintenance Administrator

NT Electrical Group is seeking a Maintenance Administrator to join our team in Berrimah. This is a full-time, remote position.

We are the Northern Territory's largest privately owned Electrical Services provider, delivering tailored solutions across Defence, telecommunications, power utilities, manufacturing, education, media, agriculture, local council, government, civil construction, and general industry. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for coordination, strong organisational skills, a drive for success, and exceptional customer service abilities. Previous experience in a junior administrator role or a maintenance role is welcomed, with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance Administration:
• Creating jobs in the job management system.
• Coordinating tradespeople and allocating jobs.
• Managing and updating schedules.
• Handling all inbound and outbound service-related queries via email and phone.
• Booking remote works, including accommodation, travel, and permits.
• Managing test data from electrical equipment and ensuring regular maintenance.
• Document Control.
• Ensuring jobs created in the system are attended to and KPIs are met.
• Ad-hoc tasks as required by the maintenance manager.
• Being an enthusiastic team member ready to take on a challenge.

Required Skills:

• Good attention to detail.
• Sound oral, written communication, and organisational skills.
• Autonomous thinking.
• Ability to undertake and maintain contractual obligations.
• Sound computer literacy skills (MS Office Suite).
• A quick learner who works well under pressure.
• Highly motivated with proactive and effective problem-solving skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
