Swan Plumbing Supplies is seeking a motivated individual to step into the role of Branch Manager. This position offers the opportunity for autonomy and the chance to shape the future of a plumbing supply business.

Responsibilities: Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing business, product, and sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Providing expert advice and exceptional customer service within the industry.
• Managing branch systems, processes, and performance metrics to achieve and exceed targets.
• Cultivating strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Trade Salespeople and Delivery Drivers to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

• Experience leading a team in a senior or branch management capacity, with demonstrated results.
• Knowledge of plumbing wholesale is highly advantageous, or experience in plumbing/trade distribution.
• A customer-centric approach with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• A hands-on leadership style that motivates teams and drives outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and a capacity for identifying new opportunities.
