A significant development is underway at Chadstone, where existing MECCA stores are consolidating into a single, extraordinary new destination. MECCA Chadstone represents the company's most substantial opening since MECCA Bourke Street, spanning 2,000 sqm. This immersive space will house the finest in beauty, wellness, and expertise, featuring MECCA Perfumeria with Scentsorium, MECCA Aesthetica offering clinical treatments and skin consultations, MECCA Apothecary, the Josh Wood Hair salon, and a curated selection of over 200 brands and more than 50 services.

We are seeking individuals with a passion for beauty, who take pride in their work, excel in a fast-paced environment, and find satisfaction in assisting customers to look, feel, and be their best.

As an Operations Specialist at the new MECCA Chadstone, you will be instrumental in upholding exceptional customer service standards by ensuring stock is impeccably presented and supporting the Operations Manager in executing MECCA’s innovative initiatives. Your meticulous attention to detail and brand advocacy will drive operational excellence, contribute to a vibrant store atmosphere, and promote a culture of health and safety.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Assist and support the store in delivering exceptional customer service through diligent stock replenishment and presentation to the highest standard.
• Support the management team in the implementation of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and in defining focus areas.
• Undertake daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes.
• Contribute to overall store performance by identifying and leading operational activities.

What you will bring to this role:

• Demonstrated experience in efficiently managing high volumes of stock.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking capabilities, and proficient time management skills.
• A comprehensive understanding of and passion for MECCA’s brands and products.
• Experience in fostering a safe and hazard-free environment.
