Merchandiser - Casual, Sunshine Coast Area

Lincoln Brokerage is seeking a Casual Sales Merchandiser for the Sunshine Coast area, with an immediate start available. This role offers approximately 10 hours per week.

Lincoln Brokerage is an Australian company with over 30 years of trading history, representing a diverse portfolio of innovative and quality brands for DIY Hardware and Variety Retailers on behalf of both Australian and International clients.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and a willingness to commit to achieving set duties within stores.
• Reliable, consistent, and well-presented.
• Possesses a 'can-do' attitude and the desire to build strong rapport with team members, store personnel, and customers.
• Able to climb ladders, pull stock from shelves, and is comfortable with physical tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working knowledge of basic tablet and computer use.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Merchandising experience is preferred.
• Bunnings Vendor Experience will be highly regarded.

Role Responsibilities:

As the Merchandiser, you will utilise company-specific computer software for all onsite point-of-sale activities, product exposure, planning, and support of your allocated stores. You will cover the Sunshine Coast areas with flexible hours and days to suit.

Mandatory Role Requirements:

• A reliable vehicle with insurance.
• A current driver’s licence.
• A mobile phone.
