About Retail Dynamics Retail Dynamics is a well-established merchandising company with 25 years of experience servicing Bunnings stores across Australia. We are seeking a Casual Merchandiser to join our dynamic team, supporting our valued customers in Canberra.

Role Details

• Location: Canberra ACT
• Work Type: Casual
• Hours: Approximately 8-12 hours per week
• Salary: $33 – $35 per hour
• On-site: Yes

Responsibilities In this role, you will visit Bunnings Warehouses to merchandise and support our product range in-store. Refitting and new store activities will also be a key part of this position.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Ordering stock based on previous sales history and Min/Max levels.
• Replenishing stock from Top Stock or Hand Stock.
• Reporting stock gaps and appropriately double-facing other products.
• Maintaining neat bay presentation according to Bay Layout Guides (BLG).
• Checking ranged products and reporting out-of-range items to the relevant department or team member.
• Taking photos of bays as needed.
• Completing surveys and communicating via email.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising within Bunnings or similar hardware/supermarket retail environments.
• Bunnings Refit Experience.
• Ability to complete Bunnings induction prior to commencement.
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, trustworthiness, and logical thinking.
• Current driver's license.
