Whites Group Pty Ltd, an Australian family-owned business with a proven history of success, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Merchandiser to join its National Merchandising Team. As a principal supplier to Bunnings, we are committed to showcasing our Jack branded products throughout the national Bunnings store network. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Liverpool, NSW. The salary is $60,000, plus a company car and bonus.

Reporting to the Territory Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a designated territory to a high standard.
• Ensuring products are well-stocked, presented effectively, and aligned with company and Bunnings expectations.
• Acting as a brand ambassador for Jack, fostering strong in-store relationships.
• Supporting ongoing merchandising projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold superior merchandising and presentation standards across your territory.
• Oversee stock levels, including replenishment, adjustments, and inventory accuracy.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Bunnings team members.
• Implement merchandising plans, relays, and promotional displays.
• Guarantee accurate and compliant pricing, ticketing, and product positioning.
• Assist with store projects, new store setups, and range launches.

Requirements:

• A current driver’s licence (a company vehicle will be provided).
• Prior experience in merchandising or as a sales representative.
• Bunnings experience is highly regarded.
• Hardware or retail experience is highly regarded.

Some overnight and regional travel may be required.
