Role Overview: TS Global is experiencing substantial growth and seeks a driven Mobilisation Manager for its WA branch. This role involves leading and managing the mobilisations department to achieve exceptional process performance, fostering a culture of respect and accountability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily mobilisation operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with TS Global and client policies and procedures.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team to cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Participating in performance management and recruitment activities.
- Liaising with internal departments to meet mobilisation requirements and legislative benchmarks.
