Engineering Trades Australia is seeking a Mobilisation Officer for a contract role based onsite in Perth, WA. This position offers an immediate start.

This opportunity is for an experienced Travel & Mobilisation Coordinator seeking a FIFO role. The successful candidate will be highly organised and proactive, joining a rapidly expanding company on a FIFO 2:1 roster. This is a temporary-to-permanent role with an immediate commencement for an individual who excels in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

About the role: The Mobilisation Officer will manage the coordination of travel and mobilisation needs for a large number of personnel. This includes ensuring all site prerequisites are fulfilled and that employees are deployed to site in an efficient and compliant manner.

Requirements for this role:

• Significant experience in travel and mobilisation
• Previous experience mobilising personnel to Tier 1 mining client sites is essential.
• Experience within high-volume, reactive environments
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The capacity to manage competing priorities and perform under pressure
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
