An engineering company based in West Perth is seeking an experienced Mobilisation Officer.
Your New Role As a Mobilisation Officer, you will be instrumental in supporting high-volume workforce mobilisation across a range of projects. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the complete mobilisation process from start to finish, ensuring personnel are compliant, scheduled, and prepared for deployment within project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate large-scale mobilisation and demobilisation activities.
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and site arrivals.
- Verify that all personnel meet compliance standards, such as tickets, medicals, and inductions.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external vendors to adhere to mobilisation schedules.
- Maintain precise records within mobilisation systems and tracking tools.
- Contribute to ongoing workforce planning within a dynamic project setting.
This role is characterised by high volume and requires a keen eye for detail and effective prioritisation skills.
What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this position, you should possess:
- Previous experience in mobilisation, workforce coordination, or high-volume onboarding, ideally within the mining, oil & gas, or construction sectors.
- Strong organisational capabilities and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Experience with mobilisation or HR systems (such as ERMS, SuccessFactors, INX, or comparable platforms).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and the capacity to perform under pressure.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
Exposure to WA-based projects or FIFO environments will be highly regarded.
