Aidacare is seeking a Multisite Showroom Consultant for a full-time, permanent, onsite role based in Mount Barker. This position involves building strong customer relationships through face-to-face showroom service, showcasing product knowledge and equipment. The aim is to increase sales and customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

This role requires travel to support multiple stores within the region, primarily Mount Barker, Victor Harbor, and Southern Metro locations. The ideal candidate will be based in the Adelaide Hills or Fleurieu Peninsula Region in South Australia.

Hours: Monday – Friday.

Reporting to: Store Management Team and Regional Retail Manager.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or industry experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Clinical experience or a background in allied health is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in navigating computer systems for managing customer interactions and records.
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to provide or obtain relevant checks, such as Police checks/NDIS Worker Screening checks, due to client interaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and deliver excellent customer service with a sales-focused approach.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently.
• Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to enhance customer experience.
• Assist customers with accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and processing to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain showroom inventory and presentation as required.
