We are seeking a casual New Home Sales Assistant to join our Greenbank team, working 4 days per week, which includes every Saturday and Sunday.

Your New Role

During this significant period in our customers’ home-building journey, you will be integral to their experience during the initial stages. This involves:

• Welcoming customers to our new home display centres.
• Understanding customer needs and providing information to guide their visits through the homes.
• Maintaining the presentation of our homes and sales suites to showcase our award-winning designs.
• Updating product information and databases to support a positive experience for customers and the Sales team.
• Following up with customers post-visit to maintain connection with our team.

About You

You possess an enthusiasm for the property market and new home construction, with a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and delivering authentic, engaging service to help them reach their new home aspirations. You are comfortable interacting with customers both in person and over the phone, and readily engage with new individuals. You recognise the importance of building meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers. Your positive attitude contributes to team success and enjoyment.
