About the Role Reporting to the Dry Goods Manager, you will lead the night-fill team to meet deadlines, ensure shelves are consistently stocked, and maintain excellent store presentation. Your role will contribute to creating a store environment that is welcoming and engaging for customers, team members, and the local community.

About You and Your Skills

• Flexibility for evening working hours.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct or indirect leadership experience.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent time management.
• Ability to ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, food safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met, simplifying processes and inspiring customers.
