About the Role: The Office Administrator is integral to the daily operations, ensuring efficient performance and providing support to both staff and clients. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including the management of daily administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming calls and customer enquiries.
- Processing parts and service payables.
- Creating purchase orders and maintaining branch records.
- Assisting with accounts receivable, customer statements, and customer payments.
- Completing month-end reconciliations and reporting.
- Ordering office supplies, handling mail, filing, and other general administrative duties.
- Providing reception and administrative support to the Branch Manager and branch team.
About You: The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and time management skills, with experience in mechanical environments being desirable. A high degree of customer service proficiency, coupled with strong communication skills, is essential for effectively supporting the branch team with daily coordination and organisational tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative role, reception, or similar position.
- Proficiency with using various software programs.
- Demonstrated history of exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to learn and assist with other tasks.
- Organisation skills are a must have.
- The ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities.
- A strong communicator with the skill to effectively influence others.
- Someone who can build and maintain long-term relationships.
