Reporting to two Associate Directors of Accounts & Finance and HR, this permanent role offers ongoing support and a clear career progression plan. You will play a key role in the operational and office management of our team, with opportunities to engage in marketing and event planning.
Duties:
- Answering incoming phone calls.
- Greeting and welcoming clients and candidates.
- Managing and coordinating company meetings, including setup.
- Conducting stocktakes.
- Assisting with general marketing tasks.
- Planning and managing company events.
- Undertaking ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Skills & Experience: No prior experience in the recruitment industry is necessary; we prioritise attitude and provide comprehensive training. We seek individuals with the following attributes:

- Salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 plus Superannuation.
