Office Administrator Officer

About the Role You will serve as the initial point of contact within our firm, and your responsibilities will include providing day-to-day support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors upon arrival.
- Assisting as a backup in answering and directing incoming telephone calls.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Collecting, sorting, and scanning mail.
- Occasionally assisting in data entry and maintenance of client records and databases.
- Participating in client onboarding processes.
- Assisting with document management and electronic filing.
- Assisting with the incorporation of new entity setups for companies, trusts, and self-managed super funds, including maintaining corporate compliance records.
- Providing general administrative support to the team.
- Undertaking various ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Maintaining punctuality.
- Liaising with the ATO office and other Government agencies via phone and online portal.
About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A friendly, bubbly, and professional presentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in a public accounting practice or professional office would be ideal.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general IT competency.
- A professional and courteous manner with strong customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist the team.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently.
