Key Responsibilities: As part of the administration team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the office by:
- Acting as the first point of contact, answering incoming phone calls and greeting clients professionally.
- Managing the calendar by taking and coordinating client bookings for the inspection team.
- Preparing, formatting, and organising project documentation for builders and developers.
- Addressing day-to-day client inquiries and providing service via phone and email.
