Office Manager - Accounting Firm
Harden East & Conti, a well-established accounting firm situated in West Perth, is looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to manage the daily operations of the practice. This role offers a significant opportunity for a confident, self-motivated professional who thrives on taking ownership. You will be instrumental in ensuring the office functions efficiently and will provide support to our directors and team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the office.
- Assist with answering incoming phone calls as needed.
- Oversee administrative systems and office procedures.
- Support the accounting team.
- Assist with HR administration, onboarding, and staff coordination.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and supplier relationships.
- Support directors with practice administration and special projects.
- Assist with compliance, document management, and process improvements.
About You
To succeed in this position, you will possess:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Practice Manager, or Senior Administrator. Experience within an accounting or professional services firm is preferred.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence in managing multiple priorities and solving problems.
- Experience with MYOB AE, Now Infinity, and ATO portals would be an advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Bookkeeping experience is an advantage.

This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week. Hours will be 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
