Office Manager and Bookkeeper
Scalable HR is seeking a capable Office Manager and experienced bookkeeper to support day-to-day operations and contribute to a positive, efficient team environment.

Typical Day Activities:
- Lead daily office operations and culture, fostering a positive, connected, and enjoyable working environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, visitors, and external contacts, managing inquiries and general correspondence with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide executive support to the senior executive team, assisting them in maintaining organisation and focus on priorities.
- Administer actions through the HRIS - Employment Hero.
- Manage the finance and payroll function, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Complete bank, credit card, and transaction reconciliations.
- Liaise with the Group Financial Manager and external accountant on bookkeeping and BAS-related matters as required.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen team culture, communication, and the overall employee experience within the office.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum Certificate IV in Bookkeeping is required. A degree or higher is highly desirable but not essential.
- Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar people-facing support role.
- Confidence in liaising with senior leaders and the ability to provide proactive, trusted executive support.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities while ensuring the smooth running of the office.
- Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to engage easily with individuals at all levels.
- A professional, trustworthy, and proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
