Ollie's Place is seeking a Store Manager for its West Lakes location. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Ollie's Place is an Australian-owned and operated children's wear brand experiencing rapid growth, with 47 stores nationwide and an expanding online presence. The company is looking for dedicated and energetic individuals to join its team. Ollie's Place aims to provide children with wardrobes that are inspiring and playful for all occasions, infusing its designs with imagination and creating a timeless yet magical collection. With frequent seasonal releases, the team continually refreshes the brand's offerings to suit diverse family needs, featuring classic, delicate, adventurous, and colourful designs across baby and children's ranges.

What We Are Looking For:

• Availability to work Tuesday to Friday, with an alternating Saturday/Sunday roster.

The Role:

• Assisting customers in finding suitable outfits or gifts.
• Adhering to all store policies and procedures.
• Maintaining Work Health and Safety standards.
• Rostering up to 5 staff members.
• Managing cash handling and banking.
• Operating the daily Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintaining in-store merchandising standards.
• Replenishing floor stock daily.
• Conducting stock takes.
