MA Specialty Funding, a business unit within MA Financial Private Credit, operates niche lending platforms that provide funding to law firms and their clients, mortgage brokers, and homebuilders. About the Role
MA Financial Group is seeking a motivated individual to join its five-member operations team in Sydney. This role will initially be responsible for a major law firm client and will provide assistance across other clients and products. Over time, the expectation is for the role to rotate through all aspects of operations, enabling the individual to perform all functions.
The position involves following a structured workflow for loan approval and management, responding to client inquiries via phone and email, and problem-solving for the small percentage of situations that fall outside the standard workflow.
What You Will Do
- Review and process customer loan applications, credit limit increases, drawdowns, and repayments.
- Manage workflows.
- Perform cash reconciliations.
- Answer and resolve customer queries via email and phone.
- Undertake a range of tasks to support the operations function.
