As an Operations Assistant, you will hold a significant position within our Administration team, undertaking diverse responsibilities and gaining a range of skills that will expand your knowledge and capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities.
- Engage professionally and cordially with building and supplier companies.
- Maintain awareness of job progress to provide pertinent feedback and updates on job statuses.
- Document all relevant information from various sources.
- Provide support to our Purchasing and Scheduling teams.

- Capable of interpreting email requests and supervisor instructions.

- Experience in residential construction, whether in an office or on-site capacity, is beneficial but not essential.
- An understanding of the construction industry will be advantageous.
