Operations & Business Coordinator
AMR Security Chullora, Sydney Full-time, Onsite Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per year
AMR Security is seeking a capable and proactive Operations & Business Coordinator to support the continued growth of one of Sydney’s fastest growing electronic security businesses. This is an opportunity to become a key operational support within a rapidly expanding electronic security company specialising in the installation and service of commercial electronic security solutions, including CCTV, access control, and integrated systems for clients ranging from small businesses to large commercial and government organisations.
As the business expands, we require an individual who can assume responsibility for coordinating daily operations and ensuring systems, scheduling, and communication function efficiently and professionally. This role is suited for someone who is highly organised, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in improving business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client bookings, coordinating technician schedules and appointments.
- Oversee equipment management, ensuring all necessary items are organised and ready for each job.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, data entry, and document management.
- Handle general invoicing and purchasing duties.
- Maintain office organisation and tidiness.
- Organise company events and social activities to foster company morale.
- Provide Executive Assistant support to the business owner with various tasks.
- Assist with sales support, including obtaining pricing for quotes and tender submissions.
- Support marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to business improvement by refining office systems and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Support Manager, Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Office Manager role.
- Experience within construction, trade, or service-based businesses.
- Experience working in small to medium organisations (10+ employees).
- Proven experience supporting Directors, Managing Directors, CEOs, or senior leadership teams.
- Strong understanding of operational environments involving field teams, project delivery, and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly developed organisational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management systems.
- Previous experience in tender submissions for private and government works.
- Valid Australian working rights.
