Operations Support Assistant
MyEnergy SA Pty Ltd is seeking an organised and reliable individual to join our team as an Operations Support Assistant. This full-time, remote role will focus on supporting our operations and installation teams by managing scheduling, coordinating jobs, handling customer communications, and performing general administration. You will be instrumental in ensuring installation jobs progress smoothly, assisting the office team, and facilitating the daily workflow of projects.
MyEnergy SA Pty Ltd specialises in off-grid solar, battery storage, and remote power systems throughout Australia. Established in 2010, we are recognised for delivering dependable power solutions for residential, commercial, agricultural, and remote applications.
About the Role
The Operations Support Assistant will collaborate closely with our operations, installation, and administration teams to coordinate jobs from initial planning to final completion. This role involves:
- Scheduling installation and service activities.
- Providing day-to-day job coordination support to the operations team.
- Preparing job packs, paperwork, and project details for installers.
- Communicating with customers regarding bookings, updates, and job specifics.
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal team members.
- Assisting with material ordering, tracking, and coordination.
- Updating job management systems and internal records.
- Following up on outstanding information required for jobs.
- Coordinating travel, accommodation, and logistics as needed.
- Providing general administrative and operational support to the installation team.
- Assisting with job close-out paperwork.
This is a hands-on support position suited for someone who thrives on organisation and meticulous attention to detail.
About You
We are looking for an organised, practical individual adept at keeping tasks moving forward.
You will ideally possess:
- Strong administration and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- High attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Confidence in using computers, email, and job management systems.
- A practical approach to problem-solving.
- A reliable and team-focused attitude.
Experience in trades, construction, electrical, solar, or operations support would be highly regarded. While technical expertise is not required, an interest in solar, batteries, electrical work, or project coordination would be beneficial.

The Opportunity

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum. Hours: Full-time. Location: Lonsdale. Work Type: Remote.
