This position serves as a foundation for building expertise in optical services, leveraging existing retail or customer service experience. Each day presents new challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Act as the initial point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and managing appointments to ensure a seamless experience.
• Clinical Support: Assist in the pre-testing phase of eye examinations and support Optometrists to facilitate efficient appointments.
• Frame and Lens Guidance: Advise customers on frame selection and dispense glasses, incorporating appropriate lens options based on individual needs.
• Customer Satisfaction: Champion the customer experience, ensuring all customers depart with a positive impression.

Development Opportunities:

Upon mastering foundational skills, further development includes:

• Professional Qualification: Opportunity to pursue a Cert IV in Optical Dispensing, with full funding provided (eligibility and completion requirements apply).
• Leadership Growth: Potential to progress into In-Store Trainer or Supervisor positions.

• Experience: Welcoming to individuals new to the optical industry or those with prior optics experience; comprehensive training will be provided.

• Professionalism: Adept at working in fast-paced environments, communicating clearly, and maintaining a high level of professionalism under pressure.
