Part-Time Customer Service Officer - TSA Group - Perth WA

About Your New Role:

• Training: You will receive paid training in a supportive environment.
• Customer Assistance: Utilise self-service portals to help customers resolve their enquiries.
• Building Connections: Cultivate genuine connections to make every customer feel valued and heard.
• Customer Care: Deliver high-quality service in all interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Start Dates: Multiple start dates are available over the coming months.
• Roster: A rotating roster will be in place, operating between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Location: This is a 100% in-office role situated at 31 Troode St, West Perth.
• Training Requirement: A mandatory 6-week full-time training period, Monday to Friday, is required before transitioning to the part-time roster.
• Part-Time Roster Requirement: A minimum of 30 hours of work per week, spread across 4 days, with Mondays being a mandatory work day.
