Job Summary
The Educator role is fundamental to our organisational success. Educators are proficient in delivering world-class customer service, or guest experience, within our retail stores. Their responsibilities include engaging with and building connections with guests, providing in-depth product education, and authentically communicating our community and culture.
Core Responsibilities
- Guest Experience
- Engage with guests to ensure an excellent guest experience, respecting their time.
- Identify guest needs to offer tailored, effective solutions for purchases and returns, and provide support.
- Deliver technical product education by explaining the value and benefits of products.
- Facilitate a smooth end-to-end guest journey by processing transactions accurately and promptly, and executing market-relevant omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store) in accordance with company standards.
- Move actively on the sales floor to consistently engage with guests and address their needs or store requirements.
- Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to take appropriate action and resolve issues for guests.
- Working with Others
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team atmosphere by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests.
- Develop supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise the guest experience and support store operations.
- Operations
- Perform product presentation tasks (e.g., tidying items, restocking depleted floor inventory from stock, relocating items) according to company standards.
- Utilise in-store technology to support store operations and enhance guest experiences.
- Undertake cleaning duties as necessary throughout the shift to maintain the store's premium environment.
- Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Perform duties in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.
Job Requirements
- Eligibility
- Must have legal authorisation to work in the country where the store is situated.
- Must be able to travel to the assigned store via reliable transportation.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Schedule/Availability
- The work schedule may vary based on store needs.
- Work will occur on a variable schedule, potentially including early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights, or overnights, as well as weekends and holidays.
- The schedule may also include times when the store is closed to guests.

- Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or higher.
