What We Are Looking For:

• Exceptional one-on-one selling skills coupled with outstanding customer service.
• A proven history of exceeding sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Providing professional and personalised service to assist customers in finding ideal jewellery pieces.
• Achieving set sales targets and KPIs.
• Completing in-house training to stay current with product knowledge, sales techniques, and policies.
• Undertaking operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing, managing customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
