The Opportunity

We are seeking an astute and dynamic Part Time Sales Associate to join our successful store at Ralph Lauren Indooroopilly. As a Sales Associate, you will be operationally adept and excel in providing customers with exceptional support and a consistently memorable shopping experience.

This part-time role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, encompassing a mix of weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs.
• Assist clients in selecting merchandise that aligns with their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Achieve annual sales targets.
• Support store operations, including visual merchandising, stock control, and back-of-house processes.
• Create a memorable and engaging shopping experience through high standards of service delivery.
• This role may require the ability to safely perform physical tasks, including prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

About You

• Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service; high volume experience would be advantageous.
• A genuine appreciation and understanding of our brand.
• Demonstrated experience working towards KPIs/targets with strong merchandise discipline.
• An excellent team player who enjoys collaborative work and can respond effectively in an ever-changing environment.
• Possess a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Able to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels of the business.
• A well-groomed individual with a good understanding of trends, fashion, and competitors.
