Your Day Will Include:

• Delivering personalised, high-touch customer service experiences.
• Providing expert product knowledge across luxury and designer handbag brands.
• Building and maintaining a loyal client base through strong relationship management.
• Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Supporting in-store initiatives, promotions, and brand activations.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards and stock presentation.

What You Will Need to Thrive:

• Proven experience in retail sales, ideally within premium and luxury environments.
• A passion for premium brands, styling, and customer engagement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• A well-presented demeanour with a keen eye for detail and trends.
• Optical dispensing experience is advantageous but not essential.
