Sportsgirl Pty Ltd is seeking a Part Time Sales Team Member for its Brookside, QLD location. This role is permanent and full-time, requiring an onsite presence.

As a permanent part-time Sales Team Member, you will contribute to store success through exceptional customer service and a dedication to sales. Key responsibilities include maximising sales, upholding visual merchandising standards, and supporting daily operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Ideal candidates will excel in a fast-paced retail setting, enjoy engaging with people, and possess a flexible, team-oriented approach.

Roster This position offers permanent fixed shifts on a rotating roster, providing stability while allowing for the balancing of personal and professional commitments. This is a Supervisory role.

• Week 1: Monday 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Thursday 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM | Saturday 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (16.5 hours)
• Week 2: Monday 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Thursday 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM | Friday 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM (18 hours)

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by achieving daily and team sales targets through effective customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and fitting room assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain and replenish stock efficiently to ensure a well-stocked, visually appealing store.
• Support with visual merchandising and layout changes to uphold store presentation standards.
• Work independently, oversee the store, manage opening and closing procedures, and lead the team to ensure excellent customer service.
