Reference number: 26359 Work type: Full-time, Ongoing Location: Kelvin Grove (hybrid option available) Salary: Total remuneration range: $95,981 to $108,257 per annum (HEW5), inclusive of base salary ($81,105 to $91,478 pa), 17% superannuation, and 17.5% recreation leave loading.

Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Partnership Officer to join the Office of the Deputy Dean, Faculty of Creative Industries, Education and Social Justice. This full-time, ongoing position is organisationally situated within the Faculty Specialist Student Support team.

The Partnership Officer will undertake a variety of administrative duties, specifically focusing on the organisation and administration of Professional Experience and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placements within the Faculty. This role serves as the initial point of contact for students, university staff, and external stakeholders, requiring an exceptional standard of professional client service. The position supports student placements across a broad spectrum of engagements and involves collaborative work with Faculty staff and relevant QUT Divisions involved in Professional Experience and WIL placements. This role is offered as a hybrid position, aligning with QUT's commitment to embracing virtual and connected work environments.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Education, training, or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a degree.
  • Demonstrated highly-developed interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders and uphold confidentiality as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, manage time, handle high volumes of tasks efficiently, and meet strict deadlines amidst competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment, contributing positively to a workplace focused on high-quality, high-volume output.
  • Ability to accurately interpret rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated high-level written communication skills, including the ability to draft correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Demonstrated digital literacy, including proficiency in using Microsoft Office and corporate systems for data input, access, extraction, and interpretation.
