We are seeking a motivated Parts Interpreter to join our experienced and friendly team in Burnie. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in delivering outstanding customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.

You will be instrumental in supporting our established customer base and collaborating with a knowledgeable team passionate about the automotive industry. Whether you possess prior auto parts experience or a genuine interest in learning the trade, you will receive comprehensive training and support to commence effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing inbound phone and online sales.
• Providing in-store customer service.
• Managing the order and receipt of incoming stock.
• Processing and picking purchase orders.
• Maintaining showroom merchandising, pricing, and presentation.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills.
• A proven ability in customer service.
• Experience or a passion for auto parts.
• Professional presentation.
• A great phone manner.
• The ability to influence and negotiate.
• The ability to translate technical problems into simple solutions.
• Background knowledge of European vehicles would be an advantage.
