PE Teacher – Part Time (2 days per week)

Kelly Sports is looking for an enthusiastic and committed PE Teacher to join our team. This part-time, onsite position is located in Ivanhoe and offers the chance to make a positive impact through engaging and inclusive physical education programs.

Role Details:

• Location: Ivanhoe
• Work Type: Part-time, 2 days per week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
• Salary: $40 – $46 per hour
• Start Date: Immediate Term 3 start
• Contract: Fixed-term contract through to 16 December 2026, with potential for ongoing employment into 2027, dependent on client requirements.

About the Role: This role involves delivering PE lessons across two schools in Ivanhoe. You will be responsible for creating a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment, engaging and supporting students of all ages with a positive and energetic approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver PE lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
• Complete all planning requirements, including lesson and unit plans.
• Conduct one yard duty per week.
• Prepare semester reports (additional paid hours are provided for this).

About You:

• Current VIT registration is essential.
• Graduate and early-career teachers are encouraged to apply.
• You should be energetic, reliable, and passionate about working with children.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills are required.
• You must be able to foster participation, confidence, and enjoyment in every lesson.
• A commitment to creating engaging and safe learning experiences is expected.
