Company: Richmind WA Location: Cannington Work Type: Full-time Salary: $78,955 - $84,669 per annum plus superannuation and salary packaging Work Arrangement: Onsite

Richmind WA, a values-led mental health organisation, is seeking a People and Capability Administrator to contribute to its mission. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives on variety, values accuracy in detail, and is motivated by supporting people, systems, and processes that effect positive change. The successful candidate will possess strong organisational abilities, confidence in handling data, and a proactive approach to ensuring the smooth operation of a busy team.

The role is offered at 0.8 to 1.0 FTE, with flexibility to discuss working arrangements across Monday to Friday during business hours.

As a key contributor to the People and Capability team, your responsibilities will include:

Employee Records Management and Compliance

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Facilitating compliance requirements for new personnel, such as police clearances, Working with Children Checks, NDIS worker screens, and employment contracts.
  • Ensuring adherence to data protection regulations and organisational policies.

Administrative Support to People & Capability Team

  • Providing administrative assistance for employee relations matters and team projects.
  • Coordinating and scheduling regular team meetings, ensuring effective communication of details and agendas.

HR Information System Administration

  • Administering and maintaining the HRIS, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Generating reports and analysing HR metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.

Recruitment Support

  • Assisting with the recruitment process through coordination of interviews, reference checks, and onboarding paperwork.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

Qualifications

  • A relevant Certificate, Diploma, or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in HR administration or a comparable role.
  • A solid understanding of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience is required.

Other Requirements

  • A current National Police Clearance Certificate.
  • A current WA Driver's License.
