About the Vacancy This is an onsite, full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule orders using the warehouse management system, consulting with the assistant planner based on agreements with clients and haulers.
• Issue process orders to forklift truck drivers and pickers.
• Monitor the schedule and make adjustments as required.
• Maintain daily contact with clients, haulers, or their representatives regarding progress, priorities, anomalies, and problems.
• Identify anomalies and problems, inform the site manager, and agree on actions to be taken.
• Process administrative information related to logistical activities.

Requirements:

• Broad knowledge of the use of the applied planning system.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System.
• Knowledge of the logistical process.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Experienced user of computers and software.

Work Schedule and Location:

• Work as part of a 4 days on, 4 days off continuous roster.
• Day and night shifts are available.
• Location: Marsden Park.
