About the Role
As Upstate Sport continues its growth trajectory, we are seeking a part-time Planner to join the team. This position will support our vision through the analysis of sales performance, alongside stock and purchasing control, to optimise sales outcomes and identify new opportunities.
Collaborating closely with the Brand Manager and the broader team, you will partner with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to provide clear, data-driven insights that inform sound commercial decisions. Your responsibilities will include analysing historical data to forecast future sales and managing stock accuracy, flow, and volume to enhance brand profitability.

Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a Planner role, including exposure to sales budgets and the use of historical data for trend prediction.
- Confidence in analytical skills to support high-impact decision-making.
- Strong communication skills with the capacity to influence various stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with effective time management skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of Retail Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to understand the implementation of technology and its effect on supply chain strategies.
