Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a Planogram Merchandiser to join our team on an ongoing, casual basis. This role involves executing various merchandising duties, including planogram implementation, point-of-sale setup, and pricing and ticketing, in support of Australia's major retailers.

About the Role: This position requires approximately 6-12 hours per week within Mount Gravatt and surrounding areas. The hours will fluctuate based on business requirements and may extend across multiple store locations. Flexibility is essential to work across Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate robust relationships with store personnel.
• Develop and uphold high-quality planograms within store environments.
• Ensure compliance with pricing and ticketing standards.
• Submit tasks and quality photographic evidence daily using a smartphone or tablet.
• Represent BIG and its clients with a positive and professional demeanour.

Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will possess:

• Prior experience with planograms within a grocery or retail setting.
• Proficiency in communication, strong organisational capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• The capacity to work independently while maintaining a focus on overall team objectives.
• The ability to meet the physical demands and repetitive nature of the role.
