Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a Planogram Merchandiser to join our team on an ongoing, casual basis. This role involves executing various merchandising tasks, including planogram implementation, point-of-sale setup, and pricing and ticketing, to support Australia's major retailers.

About the Role: This position requires approximately 15 hours per week in Pemulwuy and surrounding suburbs, which may include Wentworthville, Granville, and Greystanes. The hours will fluctuate based on business requirements and may involve multiple store locations. Flexibility is essential for work between Monday and Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate robust relationships with store personnel.
• Construct and sustain high-quality planograms within stores.
• Ensure compliance with pricing and ticketing standards.
• Submit tasks and quality photographs daily using a smartphone or tablet.
• Represent BIG and its clients in a positive and professional manner.

Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will possess:

• Experience with planograms within a grocery or retail setting.
• Proficient communication and organisational skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
• The capacity to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented focus.
• The ability to meet the physical and repetitive demands of the role.
