Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a Planogram Merchandiser to join our team on an ongoing, casual basis. This role involves executing various merchandising duties, including planogram implementation, point-of-sale setup, and pricing and ticketing, to support major Australian retailers.

About the Role:

• Work approximately 6-10 hours per week in Toowong and surrounding areas.
• Hours will fluctuate based on business requirements and may involve multiple store locations.
• Flexibility is required to work Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with store personnel.
• Construct and maintain quality planograms within stores.
• Ensure compliance with pricing and ticketing standards.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily using a smartphone or tablet.
• Represent BIG and its clients in a positive and professional manner.

Successful Candidate Profile:

• Experience with planograms in a grocery or retail setting.
• Possess strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a team focus.
• Capacity to meet the physical and repetitive demands of the role.
