As a Sales Consultant for Politix, you will represent the brand and be central to the customer experience. This involves building connections with customers, showcasing products in-store, and contributing to a welcoming and inspiring environment. The role is suited for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, team collaboration, and take satisfaction in providing outstanding service. How You Will Contribute:

• Prioritise customers by fostering genuine connections, offering considered styling advice, sharing expert product knowledge, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
• Utilise available resources to stay informed about the latest products and share this knowledge with customers.
• Support efficient store operations through effective stock management and loss prevention.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store's presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
• Embody Country Road Group values and collaborate with the store team to achieve results.
