The Role As a Casual Relief Teacher (CRT), you will be responsible for delivering learning across various Melbourne schools. Tradewind Australia matches CRTs with schools based on teaching style, experience, availability, and location, aiming to provide greater choice, variety, and consistency.

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to maintain learning continuity during a teacher's absence.
- Establish a safe, positive, and structured classroom environment.
- Adapt to different classroom settings and student needs.
- Supervise students in playgrounds or other school areas as may be required.
Requirements
- A recognised teaching qualification.
- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
- Two professional referees from the past five years, including one principal referee.
- A flexible and proactive approach to new school settings.
