About the Opportunity:

• Cultivate connections in all guest interactions, including product education, processing purchases, and assisting guests with warranties or damaged goods.
• Support in-store events, inventory counts, product replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness and organisation.
• Provide feedback and suggestions on merchandising to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Collaborate with your team and leaders in an open and positive manner.
• Deliver a best-in-class experience to our guests through education, service, and culture.
• Develop a strong understanding of our products and integrate this knowledge seamlessly into guest interactions.
• Act as a brand ambassador and elevate the guest experience in all interactions.

About You:

• Possess two or more (2+) years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Enjoy working in a fun environment while maintaining accountability for your responsibilities.
• Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a clear understanding of your impact.
• Are self-motivated and find enjoyment in problem-solving.
• Maintain high levels of flexibility and adaptability when faced with ambiguity.
• Effectively balance autonomy with collaboration.
• Inspire innovative thinking and continuous improvement.
