About the Opportunity:
- Cultivate connections in all guest interactions, including product education, processing purchases, and assisting guests with warranties or damaged goods.
- Support in-store events, inventory counts, product replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness and organisation.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on merchandising to enhance guest experience and sales.
- Collaborate with your team and leaders in an open and positive manner.
- Deliver a best-in-class experience to our guests through education, service, and culture.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and integrate this knowledge seamlessly into guest interactions.
- Act as a brand ambassador and elevate the guest experience in all interactions.
About You:
- Possess two or more (2+) years of retail sales experience.
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Enjoy working in a fun environment while maintaining accountability for your responsibilities.
- Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a clear understanding of your impact.
- Are self-motivated and find enjoyment in problem-solving.
