National Pumping & Irrigation is seeking a Product Sales & Dispatch professional for its Beerwah branch.

About Us: The Pump House is the largest specialist pump company in Southeast Queensland, with over 38 years of service to the community. Your New Role: Our vision at The Pump House is "Great People, Great Customer Experience." As the first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone, you will be instrumental in ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role involves assisting customers in finding the right products and maintaining a welcoming store environment. We are looking for an experienced individual for product sales and dispatch to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, helpful, and professional service in-store and over the phone.
• Process sales accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Deliver stock and goods to customers.
• Process and dispatch deliveries and stock.
• Work across both the shop floor and dispatch areas.
• Offer product advice and solutions (training will be provided).
• Collaborate as part of a close-knit, supportive team.

What You Will Bring:

• Related industry knowledge or a trade qualification (plumbing, mechanical, electrical, etc.).
• A positive attitude with a focus on teamwork.
• A driver's license and a forklift license are preferred.
• Versatility to work across retail and dispatch areas.
• Customer focus and strong communication skills.

Compensation and Hours:

• Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per annum.
• Incentives are also provided.
• Superannuation is included.
